Novaix Solutions ("we", "us") is run by Abbas Haiderkhan in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@novaixsolutions.co.uk.

When you use this website we may collect:

• Details you give us when you book an audit, use the chat, the calculator or the demo forms: typically your name, email, phone number, business name and what you tell us about your business.
• Emails and messages you send us.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site secure and working, such as IP address and browser type.

• To reply to you and run the audit you asked for: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver services to clients: performance of a contract.
• To keep the site secure and improve it: our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Our automation services handle messages, enquiries, reviews and invoices sent to our clients' businesses. For that data the client is the data controller and we act as their data processor under a written agreement, processing it only on their instructions. If you contacted one of our clients, please contact that business about your data first.

Only with the service providers we need to run the business, under appropriate contracts: website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, our database host, and AI model providers that process message content to draft replies. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 6 years where the law requires it for tax and accounting.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@novaixsolutions.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering your light or dark theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
